Carlee Howard was determined to make this the last time she would start her weight-loss journey—and that meant taking a different approach than she ever had.
"What made this time different than any other time that I tried to lose weight in the past was the fact that I started small. I made small changes, and as time went on, I made bigger changes to my diet and I made bigger changes to my fitness," says Carlee. "I like to focus on the non-scale victories. I look at the things like I'm able to put on my old clothes and see how much they swallow me."
