The British chef famous for his love of linen and sauvignon blanc is launching his Australian flagship restaurant. The opening date is set for December 1, marking Rick Stein’s first venture into the Australian metro area, just in time for an early Christmas treat.
Located above the sands of Coogee Beach, this new establishment is part of the extensive renovation of the InterContinental Hotel. Rick Stein At Coogee will serve as a local flagship for the chef and his wife, Sarah, who also run regional New South Wales restaurants Bannisters by the Sea in Mollymook and Bannisters Port Stephens.
