The 23rd annual Regent Park Film Festival will be held from November 27 to 30, offering four days filled with free movies, workshops, artist talks, and community events. This festival is the city’s longest-running free film celebration and goes beyond just screening films.
“Regent Park Film Festival (RPFF) is an award-winning, community based, charitable organization,” says the festival team. “RPFF amplifies and centres marginalized communities and their stories. We believe everyone should be able to make and experience film and art, regardless of their financial status.”
This year, the festival will showcase 43 films that explore the everyday acts of care sustaining communities amid experiences of both loss and joy.
If you missed their summer "Under the Stars" movie nights, the festival is your next opportunity to experience community storytelling through film.
