Cineplex Community Day 2025
On November 15, Cineplex invites everyone to enjoy a morning of free movies and gaming at theatres across Canada as part of Community Day. Visitors can watch family favorites and support BGC Canada (formerly Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada).

Special Offers
During morning hours, select concession items will cost $3 each (plus tax). This includes regular popcorn, drinks, and candy.
Free Gaming Events
- XSCAPE locations: 30 minutes of free non-redemption gaming.
- The Rec Room and Playdium: open from 9:00 a.m. with one hour of free non-redemption game play.
Until noon, The Rec Room will serve fries and mini donuts for $3 per item, while Playdium will offer fries, popcorn, drinks, and candy at the same price.
Charity Contributions
“One dollar from every food and beverage purchase, XSCAPE playcard sale or reload, and game band transaction at The Rec Room and Playdium will be donated to BGC Canada.”
Additionally, $1 from each concession order of select $3 items during the event will also benefit BGC Canada.
Event Schedule
Theatre doors open in the morning for free screenings. Gaming venues open at 9:00 a.m., with offers continuing until noon.
