Owners of Tony Soprano’s House Reveal Their Pick in Tight NJ Election
The owners of the iconic North Caldwell, New Jersey mansion — famous as Tony Soprano’s home in the HBO series — have shared their support for Republican candidate Jack Ciattarelli in the highly competitive gubernatorial race.
“All I can say is that he’s everything that we believe in, and he’s going to do a great job. Our state can’t take another 25 years of what we’ve got. It’s horrible,” said the homeowner, who requested anonymity.
“Ciattarelli is a good, good family man, and he’s got a lot of great ideas, so we definitely support him 100%.”
The 5,600-square-foot residence sits atop a peaceful, tree-lined cul-de-sac in the upscale Essex County neighborhood. A “Jack for Governor” sign stands prominently in the front yard. The home was listed at $3.4 million in 2019 before being withdrawn from the market.
The owner, who often deals with curious visitors eager to glimpse the famous filming location, said she has no doubt that Tony Soprano himself would have supported Ciattarelli.
