North Lincolnshire will pay tribute to the service and sacrifice of its armed forces on Remembrance Sunday with a parade and remembrance service in Scunthorpe on Sunday, 9 November.
The service will start at 10:45 AM with an Act of Remembrance, followed by a two-minute silence at 11:00 AM and a wreath-laying ceremony.
Afterwards, the parade will return to The Baths Hall via Vicarage Gardens.
The Baths Hall will host refreshments for attendees to reflect and come together after the service.
Cllr Carol Ross, Mayor of North Lincolnshire, said: “It is a privilege to lead our community in remembering and honouring the immense contribution of our armed forces – those who serve today and those who have served.”
