Rico Nasty surprised fans by inviting Hayley Williams to perform at her concert last night at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles. The Paramore singer joined Rico for a lively rendition of "Smack a Bitch," a track from Rico's 2020 debut album, Nightmare Vacation.
Sharing the stage with energy and movement, the two artists finished their performance with a warm hug, igniting excitement among the crowd. Rico addressed the audience, saying,
“You guys had no idea!”
as Williams waved goodbye. This show marked the final date of Rico's Lethal North American tour, which began in September with a set at Riot Fest. The tour supported her latest album, Lethal, released in May. This album is her third and the first under the Fueled by Ramen label.
Rico and Williams had collaborated on stage before in 2023. Rico joined Paramore during their headline concert at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles to perform "Misery Business."
Reflecting on that experience, Rico told Billboard,
“It was an amazing experience. And it felt like, I don’t know, my inner child really jumped out. And I hadn’t seen her in a while. Like I hadn’t seen her in a while on stage. I hadn’t seen her in a while backstage, like amongst the team like that. So I was like, ‘Wow, like this feels nice.’ And then I got to talk to Hayley.”
