Royal Wolverhampton Goes Live with System C's CareFlow EPR
The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust has launched System C's CareFlow electronic patient record (EPR) system as part of its digital transformation programme.
The CareFlow EPR, which went live on 29 September 2025, aims to unify several legacy systems into a single, trust-wide platform, modernizing patient information management across New Cross Hospital, Cannock Chase Hospital, and West Park Hospital.
Gwen Nutall, managing director at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, said: "The launch of our new EPR is a significant milestone in our digital journey. By harnessing the latest technology, we're creating a more connected, efficient, and responsive service for patients across our hospitals and community services. The system will reduce duplication and improve communication. It's an exciting step forward for both staff and patients."
The system is being delivered in phases to ensure a seamless transition.
