Bad Company drummer Simon Kirke was joined by Chris Robinson, Bryan Adams, Joe Perry, and Nancy Wilson for a memorable performance at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony.
The band was inducted on Saturday night at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Mick Fleetwood presented the honor and praised Bad Company during his speech.
“My hope was to be at the Rock & Rock Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and to perform for the fans, but at this time I have to prioritize my health. I have no problem singing, it’s the stress of everything else.” – Paul Rodgers
Paul Rodgers was unable to attend due to health concerns. After the performance, Kirke accepted the award and paid tribute to Rodgers, calling him one of the greatest singers ever. He also honored the late Mick Ralphs, who passed away earlier this year, and Boz Burrell, who died in 2006.
Bad Company’s induction celebrated their legacy with heartfelt performances and respect for both current and late members.
