The FIFA World Cup will arrive in Canada next year, and several of the country's top entertainers will take part in the celebration. Canada Soccer has introduced the Perfect Pitch project, a collaborative music program spotlighting leading Canadian artists ahead of the 2026 tournament in Toronto, Vancouver, and 14 other host cities across North America.
The album is produced by Grammy-winning creator Boi-1da, known for shaping global hits in the pop and hip-hop scenes.
“The energy around this project has been incredible. It’s inspiring to see so many iconic Canadian artists come together. What we’re creating isn’t just an album, it’s a cultural statement. The music represents every corner of the country, and I’m proud of how collaborative and inclusive the process has been,” said Boi-1da.
The record will include original compositions, reimagined tracks, and new collaborations among Canada’s most recognized performers. It is expected to be released in advance of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which begins across North America next June.
The Perfect Pitch project unites Canada’s leading artists for a dynamic World Cup-themed album symbolizing national creativity and unity through music.
