THE BIRD TRILOGY and HORSES Come To Soho Theatre

Edinburgh Comedy Award-nominated comedian and cult clown Elf Lyons will bring two of her most celebrated shows to Soho Theatre's Main Theatre this winter. These performances follow hugely successful runs at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and other venues. The shows begin in December 2025.

The Bird Trilogy (12–20 December 2025)

In the critically acclaimed The Bird Trilogy, Lyons performs three unique shows: Swan, Chiffchaff, and Raven. This riotous trilogy explores the worlds of ballet, economics, and horror, each reimagined through Elf's distinctive style blending clown, mime, and surreal theatre.

Horses (7–10 January 2026)

Created by Elf Lyons and performed by Treacle, Horses arrives at Soho Theatre following its 2025 Sky Arts Comedy Award win. It is the first comedy show performed entirely by a horse and celebrates the inner child. The show invites audiences to embrace playfulness, the power of imagination, and the whimsical nature of life, all seen through the perspective of a horse.
