Some high school students have already planned their career paths.
I plan to attend UND and major in biology to hopefully go on the pre-med track to become a pediatrician, hopefully one day, said Olivia Fahy, a student at Drake High School.
The Aspire conference was an opportunity for high school students from across the state to explore health careers.
So, I just wanted to get a little bit of experience and see what it’s like and also explore other options, because you never know if I’m gonna decide to change that one day in the future, said Fahy.
Students attended the conference at the Bismarck Event Center, where they could learn about various healthcare fields and potential career paths.
