Chargers Place DT Da'Shawn Hand On IR
Chargers defensive tackle Da'Shawn Hand has been placed on injured reserve after injuring his groin last week.
Hand left the game against the Commanders after only four defensive snaps and was unable to practice all week. The groin injury will keep him out for the next four games.
Hand was having a career year in his eighth year of NFL play, working as a full-time starter for the first time in his career. He had already matched his previous total of five starts in a season.
