Pumpkin Express at Gopher State Railway Museum
Gopher State Railway Museum, located north of New Prague along Highway 21, hosted its annual Pumpkin Express event, which attracted approximately 300 attendees.
Families participated in a train ride to a pumpkin patch, where they could select their own pumpkins. The event featured two cabooses pulled by a train engine.
“This is our first time,” said Tom Murphy of Dundas. “We decided to take advantage of it. It’s a fantastic family event, it’s the right size and it was close by.”
The museum's website provided schedules for the Pumpkin Express, allowing families like the Murphys to plan their visit.
