US Defence Secretary's Aircraft Makes Emergency Landing in UK

A United States Air Force C-32A carrying US Secretary of Defence Pete Hegseth was forced to make an emergency landing at RAF Mildenhall due to a cracked windscreen.

The aircraft, operating under the callsign SAM153, diverted from its transatlantic route as a precaution and landed safely at the Suffolk airbase. Fortunately, no injuries were reported among those on board.

All good. Continue mission!

The Secretary later confirmed that the situation had been resolved, expressing relief that the incident was handled safely.
