Los Altos Moves Closer to League Title
Los Altos defeated Chino 28-14, remaining undefeated in their chase for a Hacienda League title.
Quarterback Diego Castillo threw three touchdown passes, completing 13 of 25 passes for 140 yards. Safety Marques Garcia had a key sack and a game-sealing interception with 2:41 left.
Los Altos improved to 8-0 and 3-0 in league play, setting up a big game at Diamond Bar next week for the league lead.
“Los Altos is for real,” said Garcia. “The schedule says it for itself. We’re 8-0 and we’re gonna just keep winning games.”
