Tipperary Fire Stations Open Doors for National Fire Safety Week

Cashel Fire Station and Cahir Fire Station will participate in National Fire Safety Week by opening their doors to the public.

On Saturday, October 18, Cashel Fire Station will welcome visitors from 10:30am to 2:30pm at its location on Clonmel Road near the M8 motorway.

Meanwhile, staff from Cahir Fire Station will offer fire safety guidance in the Castle Street car park, Cahir, from 9:30am to 1:30pm.

The public is advised to take practical steps to prevent fire incidents, including learning fire safety tips and checking smoke alarms.

In case of a fire, residents are urged to dial 112 or 999, evacuate the premises, and remain outside until the emergency is resolved.
