Canada's Team Jacobs Wins at 2025 Pan Continentals
Team Brad Jacobs from Calgary started the 2025 United States Steel Pan Continental Curling Championships with a victory.
The team, consisting of Jacobs, Marc Kennedy, Brett Gallant, Ben Hebert, and alternate Tyler Tardi, defeated China's Team Xiaoming Xu 10-4.
This was their first meeting since the 2025 BKT World Men's Curling Championship, where Team Jacobs won 11-2 against the Chinese team.
The Calgary team hopes this won't be their last opportunity to wear the Maple Leaf this season.
The match took place at the Iron Trail Motors Event Center in Virginia, Minn.
