Derwent London has partnered with Argent to develop a landmark mixed-use campus at the former Moorfields Eye Hospital site in London.
The 2.5-acre site, located near the Silicon Roundabout, is expected to be acquired by late 2027. The plan is to create a 'living-led' scheme, featuring a range of uses including residential, co-living, student accommodation, offices, and hotel space.
Argent’s track record in large-scale regeneration, including King’s Cross and Brent Cross Town, was a key factor in its selection through a competitive tender.
The masterplan will be designed to provide Derwent London with flexibility on future delivery routes, including joint ventures, forward funding, and individual plot sales.
