After releasing another award-worthy film, Yorgos Lanthimos is due for a break. He has had three consecutive years of releases with Emma Stone.

Lanthimos admitted he needs a little break after his latest movie Bugonia's release on Oct. 31. He also intended to take a breather after his previous two titles, Poor Things (2023) and Kinds of Kindness (2024).
