The San Jose Sharks' game against the Minnesota team took an unexpected turn, as Macklin Celebrini led the team to a 6-5 OT victory, saving the day from a potential loss.
Despite dominating the first period 2-0, the Sharks allowed the opposing team to catch up due to errors, including a high-sticking penalty by Vincent Iorio and an unforced error between Tyler Toffoli and Vincent Desharnais.
"That was our own doing," San Jose Sharks head coach Ryan Warsofsky said. "That's one big lesson."
