Fitbit's Revamped App with Gemini-Powered Health Coach
Fitbit's new Gemini-powered health coach is now available to Premium subscribers in the U.S., with an iOS rollout planned for later this year.
The feature, called "Coach," is an all-in-one fitness trainer, sleep coach, and health and wellness advisor that creates custom routines based on user goals, preferences, and available equipment.
Coach can create a tailored fitness plan with suggestions and achievable targets, and adjusts the exercise plan in real time based on feedback to keep users on track.
