Tata's Party Raises $18,000 for Local Cancer Patients
The annual TaTa's Party fundraiser was held on October 11 at the Wallace Elks Lodge, where organizers Ashlee Myles and Aurey Stovern presented a check for $18,000 to Terri Dexter from the Shoshone County Cancer Resource Center.
The event featured nearly 40 silent auction items and popular attractions like the Mystery Wine Wall and Beer Pull, with all items donated by community members. Auctioneer Darren Arave led the live auction, which included over 30 items.

The event was well-attended, with the Coffee Cart selling out within hours and cupcakes being quickly enjoyed by attendees. The fundraiser was a success, raising $18,000 for local cancer patients.
