John Ghanem has been named the Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Week for his outstanding performance last week.
Ghanem helped Johns Hopkins to a 1-0-1 week against two undefeated teams, making six saves in a 1-1 tie against eighth-ranked Dickinson and three saves in a 1-0 win over Muhlenberg.
He has played in 14 games, with 12 starts, and has a 1.36 goals against average and a .754 save percentage with three shutouts.
Johns Hopkins will close out the regular season and look to secure a Centennial Conference playoff berth on Friday, October 31 at Ursinus.
