South Korea's APEC live: Trump arrives for high-stakes diplomacy
US President Donald Trump has arrived in South Korea for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum, where he will meet with South Korean President Lee Jae Myung.
The forum, being held in the southeastern city of Gyeongju, will also be attended by Chinese President Xi Jinping and new Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi.
Lee says the forum will 'shine' in an era of protectionism.
A number of high-pressure bilateral meetings are expected to take place during the summit, which runs Friday and Saturday.
