The 1985 Villanova football team reunited for its 40th anniversary on Homecoming Weekend.
The team was revived in 1985 after a five-year hiatus due to financial struggles.
“It makes me think back to the day we were graduating,”
said Art Condodina, a former starting running back and current managing director at Odeon Capital Group.
Condodina's teammate, Kurk Schulz, was the quarterback.
The reunion took place on a crisp fall day, with the Villanova Football Club tailgate playing Billy Joel's music.
Villanova football was set to take on Albany during the reunion weekend.
