Hong Kong Stocks Reach 3-Week High

Investors are optimistic due to expected finalization of a consensus deal between China and the US.

The Hang Seng Index rose 0.4% to 26,455.74, while the Hang Seng Tech Index dropped 0.1%. The CSI 300 Index and Shanghai Composite Index slid 0.3% and 0.2%, respectively.
