Residents Plea for Reassessment Pause
A Lackawanna County budget hearing was held on Thursday, where residents expressed their concerns about the nearly completed property reassessment.
Speakers, including farmer Keith Eckel, Newton Twp. Board of Supervisors Chairman Doug Pallman, and Kevin Gilbride, owner of Gilbride Limousine, urged the county to pause the reassessment.
