Pensievision Named Winner of Luminate NY OPI Accelerator Competition
Pensievision has been awarded $1 million in investment after being named the winner of the Luminate NY OPI Accelerator competition.
The company, which also won "Company of the Year" at the Luminate Finals 2025, will use the funding to anchor its growth in the region by engaging with local supply chains, hiring engineering talent, and partnering with design and manufacturing firms.

Luminate NY, administered by NextCorps, is the world's largest business accelerator for emerging companies with technologies enabled by optics, photonics, and imaging. Pensievision has developed a 3D imaging approach for demanding environments, including medical diagnostics, factory floors, and orbital missions.
Four further companies have secured follow-on funding, with Pensievision receiving $1 million in investment from New York State through the Finger Lakes Forward Upstate Revitalization Initiative.
