Arrest Warrant Issued for Woman Charged with Puppy Cruelty
An arrest warrant has been issued for a Warrnambool woman, Kristie Kelp, who failed to appear in court on animal cruelty charges.
Ms Kelp was scheduled to appear in the Warrnambool Magistrates' Court on October 13, 2025, for a mention hearing on charges laid by the RSPCA and separate police offences.
She has previously failed to appear in court on the same charges, citing lack of knowledge of the charges and mental health issues in a letter to the court.
