Court Interrogation of Armenian Citizens
The open court hearing on the criminal cases against Armenian citizens, including Arayik Harutyunyan, Arkadi Ghukasyan, and Bako Sahakyan, continued on October 31.
They are accused of committing crimes against peace and humanity, war crimes, and terrorism, resulting from Armenia’s military aggression against Azerbaijan.
The trial was held at the Baku Military Court, with each defendant provided with an interpreter and legal counsel.
Prosecutors have requested time to prepare speeches.
