All’s Fair on Disney+ review: Kim Kardashian’s stilted new legal drama is a proper atrocity

All’s Fair on Disney+ Review

Ryan Murphy, known in Hollywood for questionable taste, has delivered one of Disney+’s most disappointing shows with All’s Fair. Kim Kardashian, famously an influencer pioneer, is known for her unpredictable choices. For example, after marrying Kanye West in 2014, they unexpectedly honeymooned in less glamorous spots in Ireland, including a 3pm movie screening in Portlaoise.

Now divorced from Kanye, Kardashian continues to disregard conventional expectations about her image or career. This attitude might be necessary given the show’s poor quality; All’s Fair stands out as a major misstep and arguably one of Disney+’s worst offerings, even compared to She-Hulk.

Star-Studded Yet Confused Cast

Despite the show’s flaws, it assembled an impressive cast, including Naomi Watts, who appears noticeably perplexed—her most confused performance since King Kong. Glenn Close also stars, seemingly puzzled by the project.

“Kim Kardashian, long since divorced from Kanye, continues to play by her own rules – and seems entirely indifferent as to how she will be judged.”
“All’s Fair is a proper atrocity exhibition and one of the worst things Disney+ has ever foisted upon its subscribers, which is saying a lot if you’ve watched all of She-Hulk.”

Summary

Author's take: Despite its flashy cast, All’s Fair fails dramatically as a legal drama, reflecting poorly on both Kim Kardashian and Disney+.
