Pat Bagley, a Pulitzer Prize finalist, has worked for The Salt Lake Tribune for over 45 years, publishing more than 6,000 cartoons.
His work has appeared in The Washington Post, The Guardian, The Wall Street Journal, and the Los Angeles Times, and is syndicated in over 450 American newspapers.
Bagley was born in Utah, grew up in Oceanside, California, and served a mission in Bolivia in the 1970s. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in political science in 1978.
Pat Bagley is one of roughly a dozen cartoonists still working at a major metropolitan newspaper in the U.S.
