The Last Witch Hunter Sequel
A sequel to The Last Witch Hunter is happening due to "enduring enthusiasm" for the first film.
Despite being a critically panned 2015 box office underwhelmer, Lionsgate is moving forward with the sequel, titled The Last Witch Hunter 2: The Lion’s Oath, with a 2026 release date.
“Ten year anniversary! A decade ago, this weekend, Kaulder was first introduced… this year you have resurrected him….”
Vin Diesel, who starred as immortal knight Kaulder in the first film, shared an update on the sequel’s progress on Instagram.
- The sequel is titled The Last Witch Hunter 2: The Lion’s Oath.
- Release date is set for 2026.
